# Second Hub Starter Kit

Use this folder to begin cloning the MtVernon.net Community Hub model into a second local site.

## What this kit includes
- `town-setup-worksheet.md` for local identity and launch planning
- `clone-checklist.md` for deployment steps
- `content-migration-guide.md` for swapping Mt. Vernon content into a new town
- `site-config.next-hub.sample.json` for brand and navigation configuration
- `sample-homepage.html` as a lightweight second-site homepage prototype

## Recommended sequence
1. Pick the next town/domain.
2. Fill out the worksheet.
3. Copy the public site files into a new project folder.
4. Replace `data/hub-config.json` using the sample config.
5. Swap homepage, places, events, directory, sponsor, and launch content.
6. Upload to the new domain document root.
